Key things to take away
- To add a customer, add their first name, last name and email to their transaction. They'll earn loyalty points for that purchase.

- When a customer joins your loyalty program in-store, you should inform them to visit your online store to register a store account - if you have the 'Create an Account' earning option turned on, then they'll receive points too!
- If you have your Earned Points Email notification switched on, they will also receive an email letting them know that they’ve earned points.
