1. In your app admin > Members
2. Under Members, select Include Unsubscribed, then search for your customer by name or email address
3. Click on your customer's name
4. Under the customer's profile, click re-subscribe in the top right corner
5. Click Yes, re-subscribe customer to confirm
The customer will be added back to your loyalty program with their loyalty points balance and activity history. They can now continue to earn points and redeem rewards again.
