When you install Beautiful Loyalty Programs, all your existing Shopify customers are imported into your loyalty program as non-active members with 0 points. They are not yet aware that they are loyalty members. 

We recommend coming up with a creative launch campaign to notify your customers of the new loyalty program and get them excited about the rewards they can redeem.

If you would like to start your existing customers off with points, it's easy to import a list of customers with points.

📝  Note: Customers who already have a store account with your Shopify store will not earn points from the 'Create an Account' earn option.
