You can find out how many active members you have and easily upgrade to a plan with a larger capacity from your billing page.
Find the number of active members in your loyalty program
In your app admin, go to Billing
2. At the top of the page you will see your current billing plan and usage. The usage shows how close you are to your active member capacity.
For your convenience, the loyalty app will automatically notify you when you go over your active member limit.
